Servers - Full-time / Part-time

Primary Responsibilities

The server is responsible for ensuring that all guests have an excellent dining experience.

• Understands the role and responsibilities of the server position. Adhere to the server uniform policy and company policies.
• Perform all functions of the server position. Having a working knowledge of the table service process and the significance of each step in the process.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests with a friendly and sincere attitude. Anticipate and exceed all guest expectations during their dining experience at our restaurants.
• Verify all receipts for correct beverage purchase.
• Ensure quality food and beverages for guests and inform them of new weekly food offerings.
• Support all front of the house team members.
• Pre-bus and reset tables. Keep all service stations stocked and clean during the shift.
• Effectively serve the needs of the guests and unsure their expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station using “clean as you go” practices. Follow opening and closing checklists when working the station. Monitor overall dining room cleanliness and completion of side work responsibilities.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete any assignments assigned by the manager during the shift.

• Must have the ability to keep a positive attitude while working in a fast paced, high energy work environment.
• Must have the ability to keep a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks at the same time under pressure.
• Must be able to speak clearly and understand and listen attentively to guests, supervisors, and fellow employees.
• Must be service and team orientated and have patience to deliver “extreme” service to our guests.

Physical Requirements

• Will be required to use physical capabilities such as: walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing, and carrying.
• Will transport and carry objects, such as a high chair, up to 30 pounds, at least 15 times per shift.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of time.
