Coworx Staffing at Whelen Engineering is currently seeking Sheet Metal Laser Operators, Hardware Insertion Techs, and General Hands.
We are currently looking for 2ND and3RD SHIFT which runs from 11:30PM-8:00AM, Sunday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Machinery, including Triumph, to Job Specifications.
- Determine Machine Procedures According to Blueprints, Sketches, Parts Lists and Written Directions.
- Perform Some Machine Set Up.
Job Requirements
- Ability to Lift up to 75lbs.
- Ability to Stand for 8 or More Hours Per Day
- Blueprint Reading
- Knowledge of Machine Shop Safety
- Good Math Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Member
- Mechanical Aptitude/Motivated Attitude
- Desire to Learn and Keep Current with Modern Shop Technology
