Spartan is currently hiring for an Engineering Summer Intern position in Fergus Falls, MN for a leading area manufacturer.

Engineering Summer Intern
• You will actively participate in projects that will have a direct impact on the Company's business.
• You will work alongside full-time engineering staff to effectively implement improvements or changes deemed necessary by the engineering manager.
• The position offers engineering students an opportunity to work with experienced engineering staff to enhance their educational background.
• Responsibilities include: making updates to engineering documents, assisting engineering staff on testing new products in development, and the building of test fixtures needed for product development.
Job Requirements
• Currently pursueing an EE or ME degree
• Ability to use standard electronic test equipment
• Autodesk inventor or other 3D CAD experience
• Ability to build test fixtures for product development
• Ability to build prototype circuit boards
• Good communication skills
• Capability to program PLC's using ladder logic
• High School Diploma
Pay Rate: $12.00-15.00/hr
Shift/Hours: 1st shift
