We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Treatment Director for our client, a reputable chemical treatment facility in Lacey, WA. This is a permanent, direct hire position. Full-time, Monday-Friday.
This position is responsible for assisting in the planning of chemical dependency treatment services according to the agency’s philosophy as well as federal, state and local laws and regulations. Also responsible for supervising counseling staff, as well as assisting in hiring, training and performance review of counseling staff. Provides back-up clinical supervision and crisis management for staff when Treatment Director is unavailable.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years previous work experience as a Chemical Dependency Counselor in Opioid Treatment Program
