In this role you will be managing multiple projects that will be focused on improving HEDIS rates, Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set, for our Community and State populations. There may also be opportunities to work with Medicare and Retirement as well as Employer and Individual lines of business as needed for their campaigns.

Meetings are lead virtually to define requirements and proceed in a timely manner. You will be completing project charters, project plans, weekly status summaries, and budget tracking grids. Often Ad hoc analysis will be requested as needed for Quality Management and Performance.

You will work as part of a diverse team collaborating to continually improve quality. Analysis will be completed on all programs to establish effectiveness and Return on Investment. The financial and clinical impacts are incorporated into the outcomes analysis. Innovate thinking is encouraged to create solutions to opportunities as they occur. You will help design new programming and create segmentations that will enhance existing groupings to have the right program, reach the right member at the right time.



  • Incorporation of financial and clinical impact into outcomes analysis.

  • Complete analysis on an adhoc basis.

  • Design program effectiveness analysis based on potential returm on investment.

Requirements



  • BA/BS degree


  • Clinical background in health care


  • Project management experience


  • Black/Green Belt training


  • Experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions


  • Advanced skills in Excel


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.


  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities


  • Familiar with HEDIS measures


  • Experience leveraging analytical software such as SPC-XL, SSA, or Minitab


  • Comfortable analyzing process outcome metrics to determine effectiveness of programs


  • Ability to travel 10%.
