Our Dispatchers have extensive customer contact while using various systems to communicate with field technicians from our high paced call centers.
What you'll do as an AT&T Dispatcher:
Assist the Area Manager teams by ordering supplies for each garage and Branded Apparel. They will help with the Premises Technicians schedules, time sheets, vacation times and training. Dispatchers supports the MSOC Coach by pulling measurement reports from mechanized systems. Also performs other generally related office functions.
In addition to STRONG verbal communication skills, our Dispatchers must have:
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Customer service skills
- The ability to work day, evening, night, weekend and /or holiday shifts
- Qualification on pre-employment screening:
CSA-SRV - Customer Service Assessment - Core Service
TAB - Telephone Ability Battery
KST - Keyboarding Skills Test (may be required)
