Audit Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

Description: Summary: The general purpose of this position is to review operational transactions for risk, fraud, manipulation, and noncompliance.  The primary responsibilities include contacting customers via telephone to confirm transactions and inquire via email with store and regional management concerning the nature and validity of the transaction.     Primary Accountabilities: Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following. Review transactions to determine if there has been a breach of company policy   Call customers to confirm legitimacy of the transaction   Email operations management asking for an explanation for the identified issues   Update final status of the issue in the department’s Audit Issue Tractor and escalate for remediation if necessary   Background / Experience / Education: Bachelor’s Degree,  preferably in Business     Required Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL is preferred   Aaron’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer
