JOB SUMMARY:
To manage customer accounts, process sales orders for MRO/spares, provide quotations and detailed proposals & support to all customers for compnay related products. This will include identifying and reconciling problems through interface with various departments: contracts, trade compliance, finance, reliability, engineering and other supporting departments to ensure complete adherence to compliance requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full responsibility for pro-active account management of specified customers.
- Processing customer repair and spares sales orders.
- Prepare customer quotations & proposals in response to customer enquiries
- Involvement in contractual negotiations relating to aftermarket services.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Providing out of hours support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) on spares and repairs
- Refer issues surrounding contract review & ensure full trade compliance
- Assuming the Team Leader responsibilities associated with the seniority of the role
- Other duties as may be assigned by management
