Production Technician

Maintenance Technicians will repair and install production/manufacturing equipment. Ensure manufacturing equipment is functioning properly and performs preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled. Diagnose equipment failure and repairs or adjustment as required. Primary accountabilities would be to perform all PM's and pre flight checks as assigned. Repair all manufacturing and facilities equipment as required. Perform machine installation and improvements as assigned. Perform line changeovers for varying products. Candidates must be familiar with pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmissions, motors, pumps, valves, and troubleshooting. They will be required to maintain conveyor systems, mostly all roller conveyors. Candidates will be responsible for reading schematics and prints. Must be familiar with cylinders, solenoids and manufacturing support systems. It would be a PLUS if the candidate can weld.
