Job Description:
- This team is comprised of 80 ACH Claim representatives. This is NOT a high call volume environment.
- Responsible for performing varied activities generally related to reconciling, calculating/processing and balancing and reviewing records/bank teller accounts for accuracy.
- Duties may include: researching, resolving and clearing moderately complex accounting entries/adjustments/exceptions/errors/transactions and posting to general ledgers and other accounting records
- Compiling data using online systems to look up discrepancies in Teller transactions/ general ledgers
- Supporting, advising, and resolving disputes for customers, clients /vendors.
- Performs special projects as requested.
- Ensures that assigned exception inventory is researched and resolved within the specified service level agreement (SLA)
- Prepares, reviews and posts entries to employee cash difference ledgers for performance reporting
- Prepares reporting to the Internal Investigations Team for suspected internal fraud
- Handles Retail Store Managers/Market Service Consultant inquiries specific to cash difference performance feedback for tellers
- Works with Group Controller’s to identify and resolve large dollar differences
- Follows defined escalation process for unresolved cash differences
Job Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: This is a long term contract position that should last up to 8 months (depending on business needs they may keep our people on longer)
Schedule: Mon – Fri 7:00am to 4:00pm (potential 4 hours of OT/wk with possible Saturdays)
