About this job

Responsible for providing advanced customer service support to brokers via telephone or written communication. Will be expected to average a certain number of phone calls per representative per week, average pieces of correspondence to be processed per day. Coordinates mailings and fulfillment requests. Provides reports to brokers. Works on special projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and one year of related customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Previous health insurance industry experience preferred.
SKILLS: Advanced oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Advanced organizational, problem-solving and PC skills required. Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred.
