Description:
Will take change requests from manufacturing, clinical, and technical departments and process requests by proofreading documents for mistakes.
50% of the job will be proofreading the documents for changes. The other 50% will be linking and uploading documentation and independent work load. Requires a creative thinking process and high attention to detail.
1)Maintains files
2)Provides clerical work
3)Fill document copy request
4)Assign quality numbers
5)Retrieve quality records
6)Provide administrative and other support such as document research requests and copier maintenance.
Qualification
1)Working on a team is essential
2)Verbal and writing communication skills
3)Ability to notice errors in documentation and filling and take action
4)detailed oriented and multi-tasking
5)Handles problems routine in nature using established process and procedures.
