Senior Sales Associate Inside Sales Naperville, Illinois The full time Sr. Sales Associate is responsible for selling company products and services that provide the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the store location is able to meet its growth targets. To join this organization as a Sr. Sales Associate You will need a minimum 7-10 years of extensive sales experience, varying in size and complexity with excellent analytical and design skills for a wide selection of hearth products, custom installation, repair services and related accessories for residential to mid-size commercial customers. As an assertive and a vital member of this team, you will enhance the business growth while persevering and guiding the company direction. You will manage multiple projects and customers including, but not limited to: Prospect, qualify and generate sales within the established territory. Cold call and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports. Proposal development, preparation, and responses to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) Project cost, scope, scheduling, and budgets Project staff scheduling, resource management, and assurance efforts Prepare detailed project description write-ups, and review those prepared by others Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for review by management Conduct Pre & Post Sale Follow Up Collect and report post sales customer information Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner Represent company in a positive and professional manner Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent industry experience Candidates able to live in Western Suburbs of Chicago Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint They offer an outstanding compensation package along with plenty of room for long-term professional growth.
