Interested in becoming a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Aaron’s? As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will develop, implement and administer benefits/compensation programs to meet company objectives and ensure competitive positioning. Assure through audits, reports and personal contact that company benefits/compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role will support the Director in managing the salary planning and administration process. This includes market pricing, short and long-term incentive, sales incentives programs and benefit plan design and workforce communication.
Duties
Manage and execute the annual benefits and compensation cycles.
Implement and maintain job classification structure including job grade determination, job descriptions and consult with others regarding handling promotions, hires and performance issues. Conduct analysis to measure the effectiveness of compensation programs.
Coordinate with business operational and human resources leadership regarding compensation for field workforce.
Develop and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, with some emphasis on sales/commission plans.
Apply knowledge of benefits and compensation policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws.
Assist developing and delivering communication material for the benefits and compensation programs and educating the organization on all programs, policies and procedures.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Good conflict resolution skills
High energy level
Maintain professional appearance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical and problem solving skills
