We have an immediate opening for a Mechanic.
Must be able to work at least 1 shift per week and be available weekdays.
- Must have 3 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.

Automobile Technician/Mechanic/ASE certified with diesel/fabrication experience a plus!!
We are a locally owned shop with down to earth employees and customers. Would like a team player with experience.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm (closed Saturday & Sunday) dependability is a must!

•Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
•Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades;
•Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
•Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, replacing filters.
•Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
•Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
•Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
•Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
