Solderer/Electronics Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Randstad is currently seeking candidates for electronic assemblers in the greater Akron area. All shifts available for various assembly methods to produce electrical products such as cables, test leads, clip assemblies, circuit boards and connectors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The noise level in the work environment may be somewhat loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in the facility and other designated areas.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

HOURS:
-Currently recruiting for all shifts

Working hours: 1st and 2nd shift

Possess a basic understanding and knowledge of quality management and control systems.
Initiate corrective/prevenative action to prevent a products non-conformance
Weigh and measure parts as needed
Prepare electrical wire/connectors for tinning
Assemble and install hardware and solder wires to various sized plugs and connectors
Handle epoxy cement, chemicals, hand tools and machines; knives and cutters in a safe manner

-6 months experience in electronic assembly, or related field
-Attention to detail with safety as a priority

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
-High school diploma or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be willing to submit to a background screen and drug test
-Must be able to provide 2 professional references
