Randstad National Recruiting is seeking 3 Data Entry Specialists to work for a nationwide healthcare insurance provider based in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is temporary with the assignment lasting 3 months. Those that cannot commit to the below schedule, should not reply.
Title: Data Entry/Credentialing Specialist
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: 3 months
Hours: M-F 40 hours
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Job Description
The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for processing provider applications, obtaining primary source verification, reviewing applications and verifications for gaps or exceptions, and accurately documenting information in the database system.
Major Responsibilities
- Process provider applications and performs primary source verification in accordance with national accreditation standards, regulatory requirements and CRM Program.
- Verify provider data, research and respond to telephone or written inquires from providers and other departments.
- Analyzes provider contracts, applications and other material for completeness and compares to existing criteria to make decisions.
Working hours: M-F Standard Hours
- Provides written or verbal assistance to employees regarding application status or information contained in a provider's file.
- Requests missing/additional information from clinician via written or verbal communication, as directed by clinical staff or as dictated by CRM Program.
- Ability to complete basic tasks without supervision.
Qualifications:
- 1 + years in Credentialing preferred OR Data Entry in a healthcare environment
