Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develops portfolios of projects/initiatives to help customers achieve short and
    long term objectives
  • Writes project charters and cost/benefit analysis 
  • Identifies needed resources 
  • Leads small to medium sized projects 
  • Analyze and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Work with a team to provide end to end continuous improvement
  • Develops effective partnerships with peers and associates
  • Establishes credibility with leaders, individuals and teams
  • Breaks down organizational barriers to ensure continuity of metrics and data
  • Motivates and involves stakeholders to help implement and support change
  • Monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify potential opportunities,

Requirements



Requirements:

  • Associates degree minimum
  • 3+ years of Business
    Analysis/Project Management/Six Sigma experience
  • 3+ years experience in Six
    Sigma process improvement and analysis experience
  • Ability to understand business processes and work with aligned customers to
    develop project/initiative portfolios to drive success
  • Successful track record in leading and managing projects or programs
  • Moderate to advanced experience with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to
    communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate
    meetings- webinars over the phone and Webex application.  
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and
    ability to balance
  • multiple priorities.
  • Green Belt or Kaizen
    certification required
  • Previous project management experience required 


Assets:

  • Healthcare, clinical and/or
    managed care experience strongly preferred
  • Black Belt certification strongly preferred
