Requirements
Requirements:
- Associates degree minimum
- 3+ years of Business
Analysis/Project Management/Six Sigma experience - 3+ years experience in Six
Sigma process improvement and analysis experience - Ability to understand business processes and work with aligned customers to
develop project/initiative portfolios to drive success - Successful track record in leading and managing projects or programs
- Moderate to advanced experience with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to
communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate
meetings- webinars over the phone and Webex application. - Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and
ability to balance - multiple priorities.
- Green Belt or Kaizen
certification required - Previous project management experience required
Assets:
- Healthcare, clinical and/or
managed care experience strongly preferred - Black Belt certification strongly preferred
