About this job

The hours for this position are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We are looking for a reliable, outgoing and friendly individual to greet visting guests and customers. Candiates must be familiar with Microsoft Office and other basic computer functions. Job Functions Include: - Answering multiple phone lines - Greeting guests and customers - Sorting and Distributing incoming mail - Support Sales Admin Staff - Sending out invoices - Special projects for all departments
