Aerotek is currently looking for a Patient Access Representative for one of our large Hospital clients. You will be responsible for taking 80-100 incoming calls from patients within a centralized call center environment.
Requirements:
6 months customer service experience in the health care industry
Must be able & willing to work 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Must have a true passion for helping people
