Shift Leader

The Front of the House Shift Leader is responsible for the daily administrative and operational functions of the restaurant, including but not limited to cleanliness, appearance, presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house employees. This person must ensure cleanliness and sanitation, friendly efficient guest service, maintain Urban Plates standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation as well as ensure that accounting duties are done according to company policy. This position also oversees the daily scheduling of employees as well as motivates, trains, develops and directs all employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation.
