Aerotek's valued client, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to handle their parts expediting and customer service. Individual will be responsible for responding to field inquiries via email regarding parts, machinery, and the breakdown of equipment. Candidate is responsible for tracking down inventory regarding where it is and where it needs to be shipped to. Also responsible for following up on all orders and replacement parts.
Qualifications:
* Strong written communication skills
* Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred)
* 2+ years of experience within a technical customer service role
* Working knowledge of ERP system for inventory and order tracking (SAP strongly preferred)
