Spartan is currently hiring for Truss Assembly positions in Wadena, MN for a local area manufacturer.

Truss Assembly
• Frequently lifting wooden truss components, light and heavy, and other pre-cut lumber while using hammer and tape measure to assemble trusses.
• Will start by plate picking, back plating, or catching.
• Standing for long periods of time with repetitive motion.
Job Requirements
• Be able to provide own Hammer, belt hanger, and 25-35 foot tape measure
• Lifting 50-75 pounds regularly
• Must provide own safety toed work boot
• Must be able to wear protective eye wear for entire shift
*Work environment can get warm during summer months, can be a dirty/dusty environment
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr ($1.00/hr shift differential; production bonus)
Shift/Hours: 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM; 2nd shift, 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM; M-F, Saturdays during peak season
