Job Description: -Reviews customers complaint to determine details of problems -Disassembles/reassembles devices using hand or power tools and runs diagnostic testing -May communicate with or conducts rework to ensure successful and efficient repair of units -Cleans, or adjusts mechanical parts to maintain machines' operating efficiency and to prevent breakdowns or repeat return for repair -Inspects units for cosmetic defects and documents repair ticket -Installs and configures new operating software or peripheral equipment as required Requirements: SHIFT: MON-FRI 9am-5:30pm PAY RANGE: $10-15/HOURLY -High School Diploma or Equivalent -3+ year of experience assembling /disassembling, testing, trouble shooting and repairing electronics -Experience using hand power tools required -Must be able to speak, read and write English -Advanced knowledge of computer hardware -Computer skills required, for shop floor control system -Excellent hand-eye coordination -Work with close supervision -High attention to detail in a timely manner
