HCR ManorCare is excited about our new facility in Dublin, Ohio- Heartland of Dublin. This 120-bed facility is located at 4075 W Dublin-Granville Rd, Dublin, OH 43017. Heartland of Dublin is scheduled to open in May 2014. The facility will focus on serving high acuity, post-hospital patients, needing rehabilitation in order to return home safely.
