As Assistant Store Manager you will:

• Report to the Restaurant Manager
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training positive, enthusiastic employees
• Assist with tasks such as supervising food production, preparing food displays, supervising associates, calculating food consumption, and maintaining food handler certification as required by the state
• Maintain store cleanliness and basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment
• Uphold proper inventory levels and shift audits

To do this job well, you'll need:

• A basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A High School diploma or GED
• A work ethic that thrives with minimal supervision
• Availability to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned
• 6 months – 1 year supervisory experience; At least 1 year in food service
