As Assistant Store Manager you will:
- Report to the Restaurant Manager
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training positive, enthusiastic employees
- Assist with tasks such as supervising food production, preparing food displays, supervising associates, calculating food consumption, and maintaining food handler certification as required by the state
- Maintain store cleanliness and basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment
- Uphold proper inventory levels and shift audits
To do this job well, you'll need:
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A High School diploma or GED
- A work ethic that thrives with minimal supervision
- Availability to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned
- 6 months – 1 year supervisory experience; At least 1 year in food service
