POSITION PURPOSE -
Provide project and program support to Program Merchant in the successful performance of assigned product line(s)
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Drive continuous process improvement in product line(s) through the executions of assigned projects and tasks
Provide support to Program Merchant and Sales Merchant to execute and develop a training plan for branch training - new markets and new programs, ensuring relevant market and product knowledge is presented to Field Operations through field visits, corporate communications and on -going training
Manage relationships with manufacturer/supplier and AHS, Inc. branch level personnel to drive continuous improvement in service performance
Ensure all product-related support documents and materials are maintained timely and accurately, with timely communications to Branch Support and Field Operations
Execute identified additions or revisions to product offerings, pricing, promotions, sales tools, and in store marketing to drive performance and profitability improvement
Work with Sales Merchant to determine proper curriculum for branch personnel training, ensuring relevant market and product knowledge is presented to Field Operations through field visits,corporate communications and on-going training
Work with all branch support groups and field management to identify and resolve product-related issues relating to appointment generation, sales, project administration and installation
NATURE AND SCOPE -
Typically reports to Reports to Program Merchant
No direct responsibility for supervising others.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

EDUCATION REQUIRED -
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 6
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -
Must pass drug and background tests. Must pass pre-employment tests, if applicable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
Masters degree or MBA preferred
Two years of construction or home improvement industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
Collaborative and influential management skills
Analytical skills with focus on process improvement
Ability to lead or actively participate on project teams to solve unstructured problems
Excellent analytical skills with focus on financial analysis and design of performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on flexibility of style to reach multiple audiences.
Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures
