Title: Lead Puller

Reports To: Pulling Supervisor
Supervises: No Responsibility Supervising Associates
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Pulling

Summary: This position's main functions are to provide in-depth technical support and training to the Pulling and Back to Stock personnel. Insure the product is pulled efficiently and accurately to insure that products are delivered on time and in a manner requested by our customers. Responsible for each associate on shift and ensuring quality and making sure the efficiency and accuracy standards are being met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Bears responsibility for training and performance of shift personnel
* Ensures proper operation of department equipment; requests maintenance assistance when necessary
* Distributes goals for key measurements and communicates to all associates on shift when supervisor is not available
* Creates Associate success through training and coaching along with the supervisor and develops a fair, challenging and pleasant working environment
* Maintains and understands departmental policies and procedures
* Provides leadership as well as regular informational meetings to the employees
* Helps develops people for further responsibilities
* Makes sure garments are not open throughout the warehouse. All product remains in bags or boxes at all times to insure quality for our customers

* Works near mechanical parts
* Noise level in working area is moderate

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, and One to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
