Job Description:
- Repair and rehab apartments
- Carpentry, drywall patching/repair
- Paint, repair carpet and other minor repairs
- Electrical and plumbing repairs
- Repair and replace HVAC
Job Requirements:
- HVAC Certification Required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least 1 yr previous industrial experience or fast paced environment
- Steady work history
- Able to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Be a self starter and able to work independently
- Provide own hand tools
Ideal Candidates:
- Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $12.00 hour; temp to hire
Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri 8am-4pm
