About this job

Reporting to the Central Zone Manager- Motor Vehicle Industry, applicant will be responsible for the following:

Understanding of our business position in the plant (i.e, SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer
input, competition, etc.)
Creation of a sound business plan and on-going activity plan.
Execution of all MVI sales processes and strategies.
Development of complete customer satisfaction in all MVI accounts.
Development of positive relationships in all MVI accounts.
Development of positive relationships within Atlas Copco and Customer Base
Formal introduction of all new products to MVI customers with customer specific value focus.
Accurate territory forecasting.
Reporting all product needs and competitive activity to Product Marketing.
Development of new accounts.
Maintenance of existing accounts.

Territory
The territory for this position is the Kentucky area. You must live in the territory. Some overnight travel will be required.

Mission
The RSM will be responsible for developing complete customer satisfaction and for meeting and or exceeding target sales volume.

Experience requirements
Sales knowledge preferred, but not mandatory

University Degree required
