Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will ensure our customers receive prompt, excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Byrne Dairy policies and procedures.
Examples of Job Tasks
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Byrne Dairy.
Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.
Follows Byrne Dairy operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all associates during each shift.
Follows cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by all associates.
Provides excellent customer service at all times by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
Ensures all signed tasks are delegated and completed fully before the end of assigned shift.
Perform other functions that may be assigned by Store Manager
