Customer Service Representative

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a CSR (floater) for a local Beaver Dam company. This position is approximately 20 ‐ 24 hours per week. Hours for this position are: Mondays 9:00 a.m. -- 3:00 p.m., Thursdays 11:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., Fridays 9:00 a.m. -- 3:00 p.m. and every other weekend (Saturday 9:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. -- 2:00 p.m.

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for servicing customers' needs by processing transactions efficiently, professionally and accurately. They are also responsible for recognizing additional customer banking needs and cross selling products and services which meet those needs or making referrals to appropriate employees.

Requirements:
 At least 1 year previous cash handling & customer service experience
 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
 Ability to identify customer needs & refer bank products and services
 Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
 A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
