  • Client in Visalia territory seeking someone with 3-4 years experience as a Food Safety Supervisor; Food Safety Supervisor will work under the direction of the Quality Control Manager; supervising quality control department and employees; assist and cover lab supervisor, qc sanitation supervisor when needed; walkthrough's; maintain and implement FSMS; update HACCP plan and verify correct CCPs; assist with materials, receiving; perform audits; GMP's, BRC Certified, GFSI. Provide training and development to colleagues on food safety. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree of Science in Food Science, Microbiology or Biology; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
