Emergency Room Nurse Educator - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently seeking an Emergency Room Nurse (RN) Educator for an acute care facility in the East Bay. This is a full-time 6 month contract position working Monday-Friday, day shift hours available.  Great opportunity for an experienced educator or an experienced nurse that wants to launch a new career path! 

The Nurse Educator will responsible for

·         Developing clinical content for nurses in a classroom training environment

·         New hospital orientation for nursing staff

·         Annual education and competency training for clinical staff

·         Must have 5 years of experience in the Emergency Room

Qualified candidates will possess

·         Minimum of 5 years of full-time RN experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Preferred

·         Ability to teach and train in an acute care setting

·         1 year of experience performing health promotion, disease prevention, or community health education

·         CA based RN license and valid CPR
