Customer Service Sales
Busy athletic and corporate apparel shop is expanding and looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our customer service/sales team. Previous retail sales experience and basic knowledge of youth sports (soccer, baseball, football, volleyball, wrestling, etc.) is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering Telephones
* Taking orders for customized products
* Directing customers to the products they are looking for on the retail sales floor
* Processing orders
* Application of names and logos on athletic apparel
* Organizing and stocking merchandise on the retail floor
* Retail Sales
Qualifications Include:
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Good judgment and problem solving skills
* Works well in a fast paced and sometimes hectic environment
* Must be able to work well independently as well as with others
* Knowledge of the apparel industry, screen printing, embroidery, signs & banners and promotional goods is a plus.
