Located in Canton, GA, we have been roasting gourmet coffees since 1993. We have a strong online presence and are a major supplier to coffee shops across the United States. We are looking for a customer service/sales representative to join our team and share our enthusiasm for gourmet coffee with our customers.
Job Duties
aEUR¢ Address customer complaints and resolve issues
aEUR¢ Answer questions regarding CoffeeAM products and services
aEUR¢ Input orders into the order management system
aEUR¢ Acquire new wholesale accounts for CoffeeAM through prospecting activities such as cold calling and following up on warm leads
aEUR¢ Majority of work day is spent dealing with customers on the phone
Requirements
aEUR¢ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
aEUR¢ Able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
aEUR¢ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
aEUR¢ Good work ethic, pleasant attitude and willingness to be part of a team
aEUR¢ Strong phone skills
Preferences
aEUR¢ Business-to-Business Sales Experience
aEUR¢ Customer Service experience
aEUR¢ Barista Experienced
Compensation:
1. $10 Hourly base plus bonuses
2. Health insurance available
