JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking candidates to fill roles of a recruiter/hiring specialist for our National Account Executives. We have an inflow of resumes for candidates who desire employment with National Merchant Services. The sought after candidate needs to be able to explain the position in detail while demonstrating all of the great benefits that come along with it. The candidate is then sent onto training but handheld by the recruiter throughout the on-boarding process.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruiting and staffing logistics
• Employee orientation and development
• Explain the services offered by National Merchant Services
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of our National Sales Agent Recruiting Program
• Assisting with employee relations
• No cold calling - incoming applicant resumes provided

MUST HAVE's

• Must have a sales personality
• Minimum 1 Year of recent recruiting/sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Strong time management skills
• Must be self motivated, able to achieve goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Persuasive and Determined
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time
