Ground School Instructor
Location: Anchorage (ANC)
Job Description: The Ground Training Instructor is responsible for the classroom and FBS (Fixed Base Simulator) instruction of UPS aircraft systems and procedures. Excellent writing skills
for publication of aircraft operating manuals and training publications. Responsible for course development of initial, upgrade, and annual recurrent programs.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Knowledge of Part 121 or 135 carrier operations
Part 121 or Part 135 instructing experience
Long Range aeronautical navigation experience (Class II airspace)
Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise manner (verbally and written)
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of transport category aircraft experience or military aircraft experience.
Experience teaching in a classroom, flight simulator, or aircraft environment.
Experience in Flight Management System operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
