Job Requirements:
- 1+ year experience working in a customer service field
- Experience with word-processing and email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and build relationships with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadline requirements and be flexible to meet customer needs
