OUR SIMPLE DUTIES

• Continually provide guests a clean and safe dining room
• Welcome EVERY guest with their shining personality
• Assist the guest in enjoying their food and beverage in a way the guest sees fit
• Operate the Point of Sale System (Fixed and Handheld)
• Recognize special occasions and build relationships
• Perform side work as assigned
• Process EVERY payment in a timely fashion
• Maintain tables by removing unused or dirty tableware
• Provide guest with ever thing they need before they ask (clean silverware, condiments etc…)
• Run hot food hot and cold food cold
• Provide recommendations for “new favorites”
• Master the menu inside and out
• Work shifts as both a Server and a Server Assistant
• Own and solve any guest issue with the guest’s loyalty in mind

OUR APPEARANCE – If like wearing jeans, this is the place!

• Follow all applicable laws for sale and service of alcohol
• Follow health and sanitation standards

• Servers walk a lot up and down stairs
• Servers are responsible for setting up and cleaning their station
• Servers will work inside and outside
• Servers will work in a sometimes stressful environment
• Servers are responsible for working safely with chemicals
