We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Tool & Die Moldmakers.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Leading plastics manufacturer in Ashtabula is seeking a Tool and Die Maker.

Design, develop and construct intricate tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and gauges from metallic or composite materials.
Fit interchangeable parts requiring close tolerance.
Make pilot mockups and prototypes from various materials.
Lay out and perform all machining and bench operations.
Heat, treat and harden metal parts to specification.
Fabricate special machine repair parts.
Solder, braze and weld various parts.
Tool and die journeyman’s certificate or equivalent is required.
Must have a valid drivers license.
$14-18/hr .
