In this role, you will be responsible for managing our business social collaboration platform. Employees are encouraged to use this platform for business focused discussions which in turn lead to innovation, process improvement and building successful relationships! An engaged workforce is productive, connected and able to make informed decisions.

You will develop, implement and maintain business solutions that are both effective and strategic, through research and analysis of data and business processes. This role also includes: providing requirements, guidance and support to Human Capital and Corporate Systems for technical and functional systems modifications.


 



  • Act as business analyst and super user for collaboration technology platform

  • Consult with internal customers regarding their social collaboration needs

  • Serve as project manager for collaboration platform enhancements, upgrades and break/fix items

  • Create and maintain a technical and functional roadmap aligned with business priorities

  • Create or partner to create effective user documentation

  • Partner with Human Capital functions to deliver integrated solutions for which social collaboration is required or desirable

 

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous experience driving adoption of a social collaboration platform

  • 5+ years experience with collaboration and social software platforms such as: Jive, SharePoint, IBM Connections, Yammer or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them for the technical team to create an appropriate solution

  • Expertise in process improvement, workflow management, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes

  • Excellent communication, time and/project management problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

  • SQL database experience
