Rocky Top Marketing Group is currently hiring High Energy individuals looking to start a career in Marketing, We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for entry level Marketing Reps.
We are looking for people with who are highly motivated, outgoing and ready to start a fast paced marketing career. This is an full time entry level position so all training is provided; those candidates that work hard and have a positive attitude as a marketing & sales rep will advance into our management training program.
Rocky Top Marketing Group is Knoxville's premier sales and marketing firm. We represent FORTUNE 100 companies and handle their Direct Marketing Campaigns by tailoring customer service, sales and marketing to their needs, while developing individuals into a management role.
We provide an opportunity for entry Level individuals to make a change in their careers to a more stable position with greater advancement opportunity. Our hands-on approach allows us to train candidates with little to no experience and catapult their levels of confidence and experience. Our training allows someone to move up from an entry level marketing positions to a management role within 6-12 months.
Through on the job training and peer coaching we will cross-train individuals in all aspects of our business to become our next managers. These managers will take over 3 new offices that we are opening for our client this year.
All openings are ideal for recent/soon to be graduates or professionals with customer service & sales experience looking for a career change or anyone just looking to start a new career. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service have the people skills to excel in our business.
