Accounts Receivable Clerk – AR – A/R

Job Description:

The Daily Duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk may include but not limited to:

Generating the deposits daily

Posting payments: credit cards & checks

Receive, verify, and process invoices

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Collection calls

Will be backup for Accounts Payable

Miscellaneous office duties

Accounts Receivable Clerk – AR – A/R

Job Requirements:

2+ years of hands on Accounts Receivable experience

Accounts Payable knowledge a plus

Strong 10-key and numeric data entry exceeding 10,000KSPH

Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel

Strong phone etiquette
