Spartan is currently hiring a Quality Inspector/Quality Control.
Job Description
As the Quality Inspector / Quality Control you will be an energetic individual with quality inspection and/or manufacturing experience with strong initiative. This role is responsible for final inspection of parts and data entry. $12.50 - $13.00 per hour, 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Job Requirements
- Final inspection
- Troubleshoot quality issues
- Work with operators and management to improve process and assess and correct issues High attention to detail required
- Basic computer skills required
- Near visual acuity and hand/eye coordination required for machinery operation
- Able to hear in a production setting; machinery, loud noises, etc
- Production environment, i.e. moderate to high noise levels, machinery, hot production materials/machinery.
- HS Diploma or GED highly desired
- Prior leadership experience/ qualities are a plus
Ideal Warehouse Associate Candidates
- Experience in a production manufacturing
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
