Kett Engineering is currently seeking Test Drivers to work with us at our customer location in Maricopa, Arizona. Successful candidates will drive and evaluate pre-production and prototype test vehicles on "real world" durability test routes around Arizona, conduct pre-trip safety inspections as required, perform specialized test procedures and document findings on driver report in a clear and concise manner. There will be openings on all 3 shifts; evening and overnight shifts will earn additional shift pay differential. We are looking for good, dependable, and safe drivers to test vehicles and their systems. If you are detail oriented, this is the perfect job for you.
Requirements
aEUR¢Drivers must have 4 years of verifiable driving experience
aEUR¢No more than 2 moving violations during last 3 years on MVD record
aEUR¢High School Diploma or GED
aEUR¢Pass D.O.T. physical and drug test
aEUR¢Pass Pre-Employment written and driving tests
aEUR¢Manual transmission proficiency required
Additional desired qualifications:
aEUR¢Familiar with current trends in automotive industry
aEUR¢Ability to learn and operate new vehicle features (Ex: GPS, Navigation, Infotainment systems, etc.)
aEUR¢Attention to detail with the ability to communicate findings both verbally and in writing
aEUR¢Able to contribute in a team environment
