Meat Cutter - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring for Meat Cutter in the Jacksonville, FL area for a major seafood distribution facility!

Your pay and shift for the Meat Cutter will be:

1st shift – 6:30am – 4:00pm
$12 to $14 per hour
Long Term Position

As a Meat Cutter you will be :

- Cutting meat into various portion control sizes

- Operating a meat band saw

- Ensure proper weight pertaining of weighing and scaling of product

In this Meat Cutting role the following is required :

- Minimum of 3 years meat cutting to specifications experience.

- High School Diploma/GED

- Able to operate a meat band saw

- Ability to lift 25lbs to 50lbs
- Work with a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adhere to quality control standards and strict sanitary and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in temperatures of 40 to 45 degrees

- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Ability to deal with constantly changing details
- Committed to safety and quality
- Exceptional attendance
