Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Specialist for truck parts needed.

Job Duties:

• Identify part inventories, purchase parts and increase sales of both truck parts.
• Increase sales of assigned accounts.
• Contact key accounts two times per month by telephone and answer inbound sales calls.
• Attend tradeshows and email company literature.
• Perform cold calling activities, soliciting small to large-sized prospects to increase sales of parts and components in the U.S. and International markets.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales forecast at a specified gross margin.
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with customers at all levels.
• Maintain a high degree of sales professionalism.
• Manage customer database, submit periodic sales reports and enter information in CRM.
• Provide periodic updates on competitors and perform market intelligence.
• Conduct truck equipment and parts training.
• Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and make periodic recommendations on new procedures.
• Provide technical support for internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 or more years industry experience and mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM software.
• Must have strong sales and customer service skills.
• Strong communication in oral and written, as well as excellent organization and time management skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to be a self starter.
