Pure Energy is proudly one of Arizona's fastest growing solar energy companies and is looking to add to our wonderful team.
As a Solar Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for visiting between 30-40 of our solar customers on a weekly basis. Your visit will include basic project management tasks and customer service related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management, customer service and possess a strong sales IQ.
Pure Energy is a fast paced, hi-tech, hard working, high energy working environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in this environment through past employment history. The candidate will be comfortable with basic customer service and have the ability to establish quick rapport with our customers. Basic sales experience will help the Customer Account manager with their day to day role and will encourage customers to share testimonials and referrals after their solar project is completed.

Qualifications:

-Reliable and presentable transportation
-3-5 years minimum of sales, customer service, and project management experience
-College degree preferred
-Clean background, background checks will be performed
-A reasonable knowledge of construction is required, Solar experience is a plus
-Computer proficiency is a must. Microsoft Office is a must
-Self starter work ethic, good multitasking ability's, outgoing personality
- Demonstrates in prior roles an ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
-Computer proficient in Microsoft office 2007

Tasks:

-Review customers project timelines, manage and coordinate a weekly lists of site visits and report delivery to customers on site.
-Review customer paperwork, including owners manuals and tax documents
-Review customer bank documents and loan term
-Collect scheduled progress payments from customers
-Track, manage, and service a customer database of between 100-300 active customers
-Coordinate daily schedule with customers
-Report daily results of customer site visits to appropriate project manager, update computer CRM daily

Hours:

Monday - Wed 11 - 8 pm
Thursday - 8am - 5pm
Friday - OFF
Saturday 8am - 5pm
