Spartan is currently hiring a Production Maintenance Technician.

 

Job Description

As the Production Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible to maintain equipment and machinery with preventative maintenance and machine repair.

• Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment
• Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery
• Observe or listen to machinery or equipment operation to detect malfunctions and diagnose mechanical problems

 

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in maintenance preferably manufacturing
• Pneumatic and Hydraulic Certification
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs at times 60 lbs regularly
• Able to work a rotating shift

Pay Rate:         $19.00 per hour, Based on Experience; Temp to Hire Opportunity, Benefits available

Shift/Hours:      2x2x3 Schedules, Days and Nights, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
